ART STUDENTS LEAGUE HOLIDAY SHOW

The Art Students League is a high esteemed school where hundreds of Americas artists have studied and taught.  It was founded 145 years ago.  Now 2400 students study at the League every month.

Every year it is my change to purchase student art……….just one painting.  Guess which one I bought.

Alumni of the school…………POLLOCK, ROTHKO, GEORGIA O’KEEFE, LOUISE NEVELSON……and scores of other prominent artists.

AARON CURRY Sculptures at Lincoln Center

AARON CURRY has installed 14 of his sculptures on the plaza at Lincoln Center.

The exhibition is called “MELT TO EARTH“.  They are quirkily abstracted forms.
