The Saint Urban Apartments at 285 CPW was designed by Robert T. Lyons.

Built in 1906 in the Beaux Arts style………this beautiful domed tower apt was sold for $4.9000,ooo and it has TWO bedrooms.

The Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir…………renamed in her honor.  She used to jog around the water every morning.  I only saw her once………..scarf around her head………the photographers were relentless.

A walk in the park……in Autumn………is a glorious experience.

The Beresford Apartments……….home to Jerry Seinfeld and many Opera Stars.

These benches….designed in the 1930’s are awaiting Memorial Plaques.  You can purchase one for $7,500.

The “Allee” in the Conservatory Garden……..5th Avenue at 105th street.

The “reds” are not in abundance this year.

This old stone bridge is still used.
