The Central Park Conservancy hosts the annual HAT PARTY  which raised $4 million this year.

My friend Molly.……in the white dress and the stunning white hat…….met her friends in the garden for a fun luncheon.

The tables cost $100,000  and the 1200 guests show off their most fabulous hats.

Stephanie March wore a hat designed by Lock & Co Hatters.…..a favorite of Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge.

JUDITH LIEBER passed away on Saturday

The famous handbag designer JUDITH LIEBER and her husband, GERSON LIEBER, the modernist artist………..both passed away on Saturday of heart attacks.

Her handbags were luxurious and collected by museums . Many of her clients collected dozens of her bags.  WARHOL called them works of art.  Judith did not consider them to be works of art…..she answered….”I am an artisan”.

CLICK ON THE WATERMELON.……….

Her bags run about $5,000 each…….more for vintage bags.

MacKenzie Child……..Piles of Pillows

Their emporium on West 57th street is a visual delight for me.  I can’t go there without buying  SOMETHING……..a cushion.  JUST ONE!
