Went for a morning walk………past a homeless couple who sleep on the steps of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
Bumped into a friend……….Ruth………who is boning up on DADA. A friend of ours….Rudy Ernst……wrote it.
Exercise for 39 mins…………then 30 laps……….and a steam. Ahhhhhhhh.!
Passed a street artist across from The Apple Store on Broadway.
Two workmen were in the apt…..repairing the handle on my terrace door. They handed me a bill….$1236…..for a handle! Gotta love New York!
I whipped up some BLT’S for lunch…..on Pullman Bread toast.
My guests arrived from Boulder Colorado……….who are touring the entire US of A in their motor home.
Pickled red peppers and chips…….and an olive.

A four o’clock storm came up. Lasted 10 minutes. Gone.
Dinner: Pesto Ravioli…….roasted yellow peppers…….butternut squash. Dab of feta.
After dinner……went for a short walk…….stopped in at Housing Works Thrift……..to see our friend George. SMILE!
